Riverside, NJ :: We knew we were in for a treat when we arrived at the lovely ‘Cafe Madison’ and saw the venue for the reception that evening. Candice was already gorgeous, prepping with her girls and all the hair and makeup, while Samuel and the boys got ready in their apartment a few miles away.

Both Samuel and Candice grew up in Riverside, and while they both admit that it’s not the most beautiful town, it has the charm of familiarity and time; ending up being the right place to get married when all was considered… And although we have only passed through a few times before, hardly noticing it amongst all the other small towns sprawling along the banks of the Delaware river, I must say, after being a part of their wedding and mingling with their guests, we were charmed and felt right at home too.
